We are currently hiring a Five9 Business Platform Engineer to join our team.
For the Five9 Platform Engineer position, the ideal candidate must have at least seven years of progressive experience working in the Information Technology focused on cloud Telephony / call center capacity. They should be highly motivated and possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skill.
Provide business with configuration advice, training, and problem resolution for Five9’s call center platform.
Design and configure Five9’s platform based on unique business requirements.
Troubleshoot software solutions in a wide array of configurations and environments.
Provide customized training to ensure business has a thorough understanding of these Five9 platform capabilities.
Manage all day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of Five9 platform and related projects.
Collaborate on business process changes and or enhancements as it related to functionality and support of Five9 platform.
Articulate the value add to business through product roadmap and provide tangible cost benefit analysis for enhancements. Effectively communicate plans, progress and status to both internal technology teams and business stakeholders.
Continually seek opportunities to increase business satisfaction and build synergies with business lines.
7+ years of experience in a Five9 cloud telephony or similar environment.
Experience with deploying and/or managing Five9 Call Center solutions with experience in call flow logic / IVR / Skills.
Strong knowledge of CRM and Lead Management solutions (Salesforce, Microsoft CRM) is highly preferred.
Self-starter possessing excellent time management skills; Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously while requiring minimal oversight and/or direction.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Strong combination of project management, customer interaction and technical call center skills
Strong knowledge of SaaS, networking, internet concepts, Cloud telephone contact platforms.
Ability to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions, and understand and apply business vision and direction
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to management, technology team members and business professionals.
